Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Services Delivery

• Astrology Reports, Charts, and Remedies are delivered via email to the registered email address provided at the time of booking.
• Live Consultations (phone, video, or chat) are scheduled as per the user’s selected slot and delivered online.
• Digital services are considered delivered once the email has been sent or the consultation has been completed.

2. Physical Products Delivery

• If you purchase gemstones, yantras, or any physical remedies, delivery timelines may vary depending on availability and shipping location.
• Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via reputed courier partners.
• Delivery times within India are typically 7–10 business days, while international deliveries may take 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
• International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which must be paid by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number and courier details via email or SMS.
• Customers can track the shipment status using the courier partner’s website.

5. Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
• TrueAstro is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

• While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to holidays, natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or customs clearance.
• TrueAstro will not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
